The clutch slave cylinder is a known failure point so you might as well swap it for one of the aftermarket solutions
As Rusty pointed out, the RJM pedal allows you to adjust the pedal position and stiffness And while you’re doing this, add a lightweight flywheel and better clutch A more Rev happy engine is transformative
