When I got my z these devices were already installed. Recently when I replaced the battery I found out the device by the rear view mirror was an aftermarket alarm but it’s connected to the two little things in the top corners of the windshield. I have no idea what those are any help?

They're microphones of some sort I believe. Could be glass breaking detection, as part of the alarm.

Washed my car yesterday and wanted to leave it out to shownoff the shine. Decided to pull it into garage. Boom thundershowers an hour later lol

Overlay finished and installed today. Note we could not get letters to center so we did a cut out. The same issue w hash marks for temp and gas but you don’t need them since you have light indicators. They can be printed in any solid single color. They are $11 each.

Haha, I know. I just don't seem to do forums much anymore - "ease of access" to forums isn't really there outside of Tapatalk. Maybe I'll start up again, not sure.

I'm on Reddit more often than not, but even then there doesn't seem to be a lot of discussion/interaction.

How have things been?

Pretty good. Divorced. Kept the house. Doing a fair amount of fly fishing. Slowly accumulating parts to build the Z to handle track days. Work is busy af.

This place is mostly dead. Off topic still has activity. OG room is pretty much dead and buried.

So i was driving home and burnt my clutch like a noob. Was attempting to launch and kept stalling. Realize i was in third. Fk it smelt burning.

Let it cool off and did some 5th gear pull tests. Well guess i dhould let the gf learn now and then get a new clutch lol
