I have been in your country numerous times, on business and vacation.
I honestly suggest that you do yourself, and your family, a big favour and hire a competent lawyer, preferably someone that is not a family member. Although you may not be at fault, you have to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that this was either a engineering issue, a technical malfunction or a road issue (i.e. black ice, oily roadway, debris, etc.) that caused this disaster. I would also remove any videos from youtube that showcase your preference for excessive speeds on public roads or racing. This type of video footage will work against you in a court of law. Good luck swiss370Z!
