Damn right... Unless you want to end up on peoples court someday.
Insurance wouldn't be any cheaper for you than him at 22, unless his driving record is all balled up, in which case you don't want him on yours anyway. If there is damage beyond what your insurance covers.....guess whos liable for the bill.
