Dealarship problems anyone know how to resolve?

They told me it covered all oil changes including mobile one full synthetic I don't have a garage or a place to change my oil so it seemed like a good deal until I find out it doesn't cover synthetic. So now I'll just bring my own damn oil and give them the middle they have to change it atleast...

Can't contact a lawyer in Alabama specifically states that you have to work through arbitration and guess who pays for the arbitration (buyer) and guess who hires the arbitrator = stealer ship didn't know this until I read it online someone who refused to buy a car because of the clause that states that so they didn't end up in my situation lol this was when I was looking for help of course...

Fair Enough sorry but it's really a lot going on didn't know how to sum it up without getting the whole idea of how screwed I really am.

Shifter rattle they said it was on back order. I waited two weeks they were suppose to call and give me a time frame. I called Wednesday all of a sudden it's in stock and they were installing it? I believe they actually did nothing because it's exactly the same. The original dealership refused a clear coat but said they would pay for a clay bar, buff, polish and wax. That's supposedly what they did you would if you see the so called job. The original dealer had to pay for them to program the second key I was never given anyway and the local dealership said they would to a great job...
