I read through MOST of it. The CPO checklist is useless at this point unless you have it in your sales contract. Bottom line is that anything they told you that is not in writing and signed is irrelevant now. The only thing enforceable it what is in the contract. Look closely at all the documents you signed. Anything beyond what is contained in the signed documents is just salesman-speak.
