I didn't reprogram mine, have it replaced at the dealer and they can put a sticker that shows milage so its legal. otherwise you can google it there are few companies that do that.

Bought the whole pod from ebay, its plug and play but mileage will be off unless you want to send it off to have it adjusted

Just bought a Z off here last week, having a hard time passing MD state inspection. Hence the exhaust.

The hood struts weren't to difficult to install. The once down side, to reach the other end of the front bolt you have to turn the wheel and reach under the wheel well behind the fender. That is a little annoying.

I love the FI exhaust. I have the 2.5" diameter piping. I know some people upgrade to 3" when they do twin turbo, but some keep it.

As far as the bulbs, if you look for the chrome bulbs should be able to get some locally. Im broke as ajoke and waiting for payday and ill get a set. Ill let you know what I come up with.

Sounds like you still have air in the system. The most likely spot is near the CMC. Break the connection there and bleed there first. Then at the CSC.
