Looks like the bypass switch kit is out of stock. Any ideas on how I can get a hold of one or who was making them? Let me know please!

I'm doing that right now. It doesn't interfere with airbag function and has minimal impact on outward vision loss.

Caster is usually around +5.5 I think. For it to be negative on one wheel is indicative of a more serious issue like a bent control arm or something. Did you run over any curbs, road debris or baby...
