BTW, the rear tail lights are tinted black & I have the flashing bottom fog light in the rear as well. It flashes when I hit the brakes! The side Z markers are also painted black! Its probably normal. Do a search to see how others have cleaned the throttle bodies. You can install a "catch can" in the PCV lines to nearly eliminate this build up
