    same here. 1/4 and I fill it up. my current avg is 18.9 mpg. I do DD mine to and from work in traffic and no highway so that hurts. when on the highway trips and I fill up the miles til empty...

    It's there. I promise. It's the four rear most bolts. That should allow the flap to drop down. You'll need something to hold it out of the way of the oil flow.
