is somebody there directing your actions in the car? like when to accelerate, back off, increase etc?

From my experience, the shop guys typically run the dyno for you. I've only seen one guy dyno his own car, but he was the shop owner.

At my local shop, I was able to operate the vehicle while it was tuned. Done it a few times, I just had to sign my life away.

Are you able to PM me about your gauges Gale? I've yet to do anything with mine and my build. I just want to see what I'm getting into.
