 I just started working on finishing my garage this weekend and have it almost ready to mud the drywall! I roughed in a conduit so I can have some heaters installed when I am all done  sure if I am going to go with baseboard heater or a more industrial style one mounted up in the ceiling  I am thinking I should heat it from the ground up though I figure ceiling mounted I would lose more of the heat!
