What is all that dust doing in the engine bay? It must be cleaned before picture time... My is the same way....just put insurance on it today, first stop car

What is all that dust doing in the engine bay? It must be cleaned before picture time...
 My is the same way....just put insurance on it today, first stop car wash. Engine/tire cleaner FTW.
