Got my three switches in today and they are a very quick install, did not shave the edges but probably will in a minute. They "fit" without shaving them but they will scratch up the fabric if you are not careful.

Edit: Just shaved the edges slightly, they do not touch now, but do not see any marks left from the before putting them in unshaved.

~Stillen Gen 3 intake are now on order
Also, is a grounding kit worth it for a manual or even at all? With Stillen's BF deal it is a nice price drop for the grounding kit.

An interesting picture I thought would never happen to my car, one reason I wish we did not have a garage full of classic cars.

New addition and removal from the car:
~Added Stillen Gen III intakes
~Removed Takeda SRI

Overall install time for the intakes for me and my co-worker was about three hours, but two hours of real work. Had to go to Wal-Mart to get some dremel bits for the cutting and we grabbed dinner at one point just to take a break.
Upside is they are in and look/sound great, for what I was able to test, but the downside is it started raining last night and I could not get traction so no real heavy testing. Will have to wait for the weather to clear later this week and then get on it more. Here are some pictures:

Anyone who wants to help explain this one, we found a couple of cigarette buds between the bumper and fender skirt area, where it is all sealed in. I have never taken the bumper off and I do not smoke.

considering you have a leaf in there too i'd guess it was washed up in there in the rain or a puddle

Gnomes, Gremlins, or Leprechauns is my guess. There is also a leaf there, so perhaps it is not as sealed as you think and it's normal road debris.
