I just used Satin black Krylon fusion(3 coats no clearcoat) and ordered from automotivetouchup.com to get the blue that matched my paint code.(3 coats of color and 3 clear) I didn't use any primer. I also painted the top amber bulb and smoked color with some vht nightshades I had laying around.
