Looks like a clean install Raul, I'll prob have HP Logic install mine since they have done yours already. I'm glad everything came out well, I wish you had the S/C installed already when I saw you at the SFZCC meet. I wanna ride :driving:

RCZ 06-17-2010 09:17 PM

They didnt install mine. They only Tuned.

NewYorkJon34 06-17-2010 10:30 PM

Did your friend jnaut install it, I was first gonna have Nissan install it, I guess I'll just have them install it & HP logic tune it. I forgot does the Stillen warranty become void if tuned by HP Logic?

i would deff recommend stillen, a real stand up company!there was a mark on raul's manifold and they completely stood behind there product, and sent out a new one... thats awesome. I installed rauls s.c so i can tell you forsure the quaity is there, 100% no missing parts, there qualty is spot on. go for it bro:tup:

Now i would like to install a gtm kit so i can get a 100% clear picture of the 2 kits.so i can comment on that kikt also.

209Z 06-17-2010 11:39 PM

Q8y_drifter 06-18-2010 08:10 AM

RCZ, How much PSI were you running on your 380whp run? I looked on several threads and can't seem to find this piece of info. Also was it custom dyno tuned or was it the canned Stillen map? and what octane fuel? Thanks!

370Zapper 06-18-2010 08:26 AM

Glad you got it up and running!! No tickets so far?

Its a few posts back, 8psi. Custom tune. 93.

Zapper! No tickets, I'm being very careful, but its really really hard. Also, your G3's are out today. I'll send you a tracking number via PM. Thanks very much for your patience.

Mike, I'll make sure to get one for you asap.

M4A1, haha the chairs are mine.

Thanks for the comments, I really like the way the wing came out too. Been getting a lot more stares and sadly a little more attention from the police too. Not as bad down here in Miami, but further North I had a cop follow me until I got on the highway.

G37Sam 06-18-2010 09:06 AM

Congrats on the SC RCZ! Looks and sounds awesome, bet it feels so as well

Awesome, glad to here that! Now, let me know when you sell the SC, I'll take that off your hands as well.

RCZ 06-18-2010 02:54 PM

Sure, wanna bring me some wheels while you're here?? :)

shumby 06-18-2010 03:31 PM

Looking good RCZ but 2 psi less and you are still looking at the same WHP gains as me? Something seems off to me here.

I believe the difference in WHP is dyno related. You were tested on a DynoJet, right?

Shumby, i dynoed on a Mustang dyno where I made 256whp stock and made 386whp. Estimated numbers for my car dynoing on a dynojet (like GTM's) is 420-430whp.

I don't know what you dynoed at stock, but *most* people who have gotten stock baseline runs on dynojets have put down ~275whp.

shumby 06-18-2010 03:42 PM

no I an talking about RWHP gain. we are both around the 130hp mark. the delta HP between the 2 dno should not be off. just the apsolute values.

RCZ 06-18-2010 03:44 PM

What?

G37Sam 06-18-2010 03:49 PM

If RCZ dyno'd on a dynojet the gains would be greater than 130whp, I don't understand how you say only the absolute values are affected but not the delta's.

Rig Engineer you said?

shumby 06-18-2010 03:49 PM

lol what was your HP gain in total mine was 125 HP.

shumby 06-18-2010 03:51 PM

sam no from what i understand the mustang and dyno jet are off in a linear scale so the delta's would remain the same but the actual numbers would be lower on the Mustang.

Haha, this ^

Units of HP are treated differently by both dynos, therefor the units of change will not be the same across the two.

RCZ 06-18-2010 03:52 PM

Yes, but 125whp on a dynojet is not the same as 125whp on a mustang. That's what Im trying to get at and what Sam explained above. You should have made something like 160whp to match my 125whp gain.

shumby 06-18-2010 03:54 PM

ok i get ya. what is the accepted % the the mustng and dynojet differ by.
