LOL, you got compassion fatigue!!! It happens all the time. You poor your heart and soul into a build project and in the end you are wore out and the chase is over. It can seem anticlimactic. ^^^What he said. LMAO. I have issues also dealing with it being over myself. You're not the first one. The only way to make that feeling go away is to drive and enjoy the car. Stuff is gonna break and you are going to get some patina on it. It's all in the process of enjoying what you built. So get your butt in the drivers seat and have fun.

I have a large scratch on the rear bumper I havent had fixed because it is a reminder it is not a show car and is not going to be perfect.

I felt like this every time I was done with a project. I've seen so many sell their vehicles right after finishing them. Craigslist is full of them. You'll never get out of what you put into it. Even if you part it out.

I have had folks argue with me that they would get all of their money out of it and then get mad about it. The world of today.

By the way, the Corvette is good but no where close to a 370z turbo. You can hide out and nobody is the wiser. A whole new douchery comes at you in a Corvette.
