Plasma cutter, mig welder, 2 open top 55gal drums cut down the middle and then cut the bottom off. Plasma cut the fender arches on the car. Mount the tires on the car. Put 2x4's on top of the tires for tub clearance. Now put put your cut drum pieces on top of the tires, and weld into place.

I DO have a picuture of this in my head.

Because I have done this before on a friends 4x4.
