UPDATE: I called and attempted to cancel my order today. Turns out they shipped it the day before but didn't update the system. The ONLY person that was helpful was

Turns out they shipped it the day before but didn't update the system. The ONLY person that was helpful was someone named Ryan Hamilton. They lost me as a customer. I had used their website since 2005 when I got my Nismo Frontier. Luckily, there are good vendors on this forum to buy from.
