I ran my cables along the passenger side of the bay. You'll have to pull the bumper, engine bay plastics, and the battery, to give you room to work. I cut a hole in the big ole grommet behind the battery, pushed the cables through w a coat hanger, and then sealed the F out of the hole with silicone sealant.
For the rear you'll have to pull out all the interior plastics and center console too.
