I need more space. But not like a bigger house. Mine's too big as it is. Give me acreage.

def places with good land around me. eventually i plan on grabbing something with a lot of land so i can just walk out my house and hunt.

i mean i do that now but not a ton of space.

I've got options in the nearby hill country for sure. Just waiting on the largest Apple campus in the world to open up down the road from me. My house will be centered nicely between it and the existing gigantic Apple campus down the road. Make for good rental income

i cant do any moving until i wrap up the GTR payments lol thats a house payment in itself
