i have those 3 varieties of 7 pot peppers. made my own hot sauce for the first time and did a semi-simple one. surprisingly for never doing it before it came out great. it almost killed my mother and sister. i still think it needs to be hotter. i only used 9 small/medium size peppers. i have 2 decent sized bowls full at the moment. got about another 60 peppers on the plants.
