Keep in mind, my house has 3 flights of stairs to the basement (where the washer & dryer are), 2 flights of stairs to let the dog out and back in, and 11 sets of blinds that have to be opened in the morning and closed when I get home.

I've managed to hit, at the minimum, 10 flights of stairs on a daily basis and barely had time to do an EW....

I WAS going to drive the Z today, but that involves moving the chitbox out of the way, and getting the Z out. But I was running behind.....

I make doing an EW a must on my list. It's like #1 or #3 every morning.

After work. Went to get my lower neck and upper back adjusted by the local bone breaker. Feel pretty good now. I have to get this done about every 18 months or so it seems. Think this is related to when I got rear ended 10 yrs ago.
