That is actually my normal routine also. I hate drying the car after just using the spray. I ended up using griots speed shine while I was drying it. Not ideal but turned out fine.

I have a big bin of the Dry-Me-A-River towels from the rag company. Love those things.

I have the PSS tires in the garage and just need to be mounted. I keep saying I am going to do that one of these days.

i'm still debating on where to take mine.

the shop i always used for the Z hurt them a bit last time. some wonderful employee let 2 fall over on their face which the corners of the sport wheel spoke stick out further than the tire sidewall and rest of the wheel. soooo not taking gloss black painted gtr wheels there.

was thinking nissan garage but idk if they will mount oversized tires.

i have another option someone told me about at cars and coffee over the weekend but it's like 40 min away and not like i can transport the tires in the car lol either would take them off whole leave it on jacks or have someone follow me in the pickup truck.

**** that noise! The ***-tech at my local douche-stone used a screwdriver and a mallet to take my weights off, scratched the hell out of the wheels. I took all 4 off the car, drove em back, rolled em into the nearly-full waiting area, and said "fix what you did."

And that's the story of I got four brand-spanking new-looking wheels.

I'm a huuuuge fan of the Adam's Polishes products; bought the cart and everything. Tip: if you spray detailer all over the car when it's still wet you can just use a bunch of Maguires microfiber towels to dry it off. Works wonders.

I never got into their stuff. I usually pick up a gallon of Griot's speedshine at the beginning of the year. For the actual car soap I like how Duragloss foams with my pressure washer. It tosses some good suds that cling for a bit.

I used to do that with my black Prelude. I was using a wax that you had to keep your applicator kinda wet. I think it was a Meguires product. Washed the car, didnt dry it, just went straight to waxing.
