Last night was my first night back at the hospital after a couple weeks off. All it took to get me the proper introductions and info was to tell the staff I wouldnt be able to rush up and help them out if they needed it and that the guy covering for me would be around more often. I had ICU doc drop a business card in my lap with the name of this place I am going to go to. 
I get my scripts like everyone else, egyptian/pakistani/indian pharmacies!
