It's the one used for cutting the inside pipe. Plus a 2". 60 grit flapper wheel to clean up the inside of the bore in sub-frame. You don't want any sharp edges or burrs in the bore. One at the bottom, and the other 2 about the 4 and 8 o:clock positions. These are relief cuts. The cuts is where you put the muffler tool at and start to beat on it. Be careful when making the cuts. You don't want to cut into the sub-frame.
