That brings back memories... I’ve been there. Once I had to fly up to GR with two Mexican coworkers and get wined and dined by Herman Miller, Hayworth, and Steelcase for several days. I was buying $10M worth of high tech office furniture for a new building in Mexico City

For a $10M order, those companies are VERY nice to a guy... dinners, drinks, harbor cruises in the company yacht, stretch limos, and... Asian girls... One of the more memorable trips of my career... and I wound up buying about $12M worth of furniture....

(I still don’t talk about that one too much... but I still smile...

)

Sadly, i have never been a $10m customer.

my buddy did put his skytrac through the front window of herman miller while changing the light bulbs in the lobby.
