i did just make a 5lb batch of deer jerky last night. found some of last years deer hiding in my dads big freezer.

beef tastes best when they are feed a natural diet of grass and are free to roam. Its sooooo soft and tastes better. Well worth the additional cost and its better for you.

Spent the day cleaning the inside of the truck out. Amazed at how much sand is in it from the beach. Of course, running on the beach at over 60 mph for 20 miles doesn't help.

At those speeds. The frame got sandblasted from the tires.

Also blew out a rear shock. A Bilstein 7100 with remote reservoir. Now I can get a set of King 3.0 custom valved.

Lost the cap to the brake reservoir. Have a zip lock bag taped around the opening for the time being.

Except for the fact that there is no consistency of the meat. I quit buying grass fed cuz half the time it tasted like ****.

I’ve stuck to the same brand and haven’t had any issues yet. But I’m sure I will eventually, as it is with all things.

Me too. Sometimes it would be awesome and then other times it would just suck. I always season/cook the same way so the only variable was the meat. My doctor recommended grass fed so I tried to stick to it. Now I just limit the amount of red meat I consume.
