The HKS is ok. It's very tame, so if you want something quiet but with an edge under load, it'll do well for you.

I run this exhaust on mine.Great fitment and as JL said has a really good sound when you hit about 3000 rpm.

It's kind of hard to dislike HKS unless you really wanted something louder (I did). Tone is good, not raspy. I also didn't see much from it as far as proven dyno gains and that was my other acceptance criteria.

looks a bit beat up for my taste. the flex zones looks scraped and busted open a bit. that might be the start of leaks if not already leaking.

just grab someones FI when they hit the market typically the prices arent much higher than that HKS.

I’m a bit bit picky about the looks as well. I did question about the flex pipes, said there were no leaks, but I’ll reseve judgment until seen in person. It’s only a few hours drive from me.


Unless someone wants to be a gentleman and a scholar and mail me an aam 2.5” true dual exhaust.....

i only have my muffler delete FI pipes laying around since i have my CF mufflers on at the moment
