It's ******* hell. We don't have set lunch times, we typically work through lunch (but not now, if I'm clocked out I'm telling people I can't help them), etc.

We use a company called Datis for our HR and payroll. It kills me that I am an executive and I have to clock in and out for the day. I don't for lunch...whoopie fckn do! The CEO tells me that it is way she can hold people accountable for showing up to work. I told her showing for work is just a start nothing more. We continue to agree to disagree and I leave it alone. She is the boss and she pay me very well so I have no complaints if you know what I mean.
