It's pretty good. The roof and windows were replaced in October 2017, so with the HVAC replacement, all the big ticket stuff is done. We changed the color in a couple of rooms and the deck needs some work, but that's to be expected. I'm just a little overwhelmed at the moment, the garage has a couple of paths through it, and while stuff gets put away, the number of boxes doesn't seem to decrease enough to make a noticeable dent. Both cars are outside and nasty thunderstorm weather is approaching....
