Have a wonderful Saturday, everyone

I bought some cheap waders from Academy last night and I'm heading out this morning to look at some new Simms wading boots in anticipation of a fly fishing day trip down to the Guadalupe for some trout on Monday. Local water was far too cold for the shorts I was wearing on Thursday afternoon, and the Guadalupe will be even colder. We were supposed to go last Monday, but I was dealing with some plumbing issues

I havent been fly fishing in probably 25 years. Every now and again I hit up the Rogue River in Rockford with my spinning rod. Has some great trout fishing along with Northern Pike and steelhead (when spawning), smallmouth bass and largemouth (above the dam).

Moved the car out of the garage for a bit. I really wanted to take her around the block but didnt want all the salt on it. Since I decided to keep her, I made a decision and I am going to paint the front bumper this spring. I was going to save the cash if I got rid of the Z. Grille area and vents are going to be color matched to the wheels, matte black. Seeing her in the sunlight gives me the warm, fuzzy feelings again.

How'd it go? Car running strong? 70* is absolutely perfect, at least in my book. Glad you are having a good time.
