Sorry for the delay. NPC Mid Florida Mens Physique Masters. Used to be easy but after my second show everybody that showed up was a beast in 40+. It's not enough to be aesthetic the conditioning is now at a NPC bodybuilding level. If you are'nt at least 6% you're fat. Then I got a point taken during my last win for lookin like a light heavy. 12 days and a wakeup and I'm on full keto for six more days , zero carbs all fat and protein .
