ark grip hitting crossmember bar help

get an old fan belt from a shop and cut a few small pieces from it, wedge them in between the exhaust and the cross member ... no more rattling

That would work or maybe consider poly exhaust hangers. They might be stiff enough to provide the clearance you need.
