See the thread below. The last two photos of first post shows how pipe clamps were used around the rubber hangers at the mid pipe. You'd need to loosen the bolts around the mid pipe first then jack up the pipe until you get enough clearance, crank the clamps tight around the rubber hangers to keep the pipe up, then retighten your bolts. Be mindful how high you're raising the pipes because it can cause your exhaust tips to be too close to the rear bumper and rattles there too
