Thank goodness I don't live near a City then. I hate overly restrictive laws with no basis of merit whatsoever.

Out here I've been told they only do a safety inspection, no emissions inspection. Just need to call/confirm/setup an inspection appointment so I can get my tags, then the beauty of figuring out what I want my tag to say...
