Very disappointing low dyno numbers please help!!!!!!!

It depends. If it's a constant misread then yes, with tuning. If it's a random intermittent misread then you'll have to experiment...

Does the location of the MAF sensors change from stock? That alone could be the cause, and if so, it should be a constant error that can be fixed with tuning.

Another possiblity is the filters -- if they use the HKS style "mushroom" foam filters, I'd swap them out for larger ones made of oiled cotton (e.g., K&N) or dry synthetic (e.g., AEM).

If the 91 is AKI (RON+MON/2) then you are fine. If it's 91 RON, that is basically 87 AKI (i.e., "regular" unleaded), which is too low an octane for the Z.
