Those intakes probably introduce too much turbulence to the MAF sensors, causing misreads. Either toss them for stock + high flow filters or the stillen G3's and retune.
Also, keep in mind that even with SAE correction, if the ambient temps were radically different during each time you dynoed, that will throw things off quite a bit. As to the octane issue -- run 95 RON and you will be fine.
