Fast Intentions street legal?

You could just come down and register it in AZ lol.

They don't do ANY sort of testing...

Crazy I know.

Just like how you can be declared Legally Blind, but get a Drivers License here...

Then just drive back to PA. I've done it myself, its a wonderful drive.

Florida is closer buddy.

They might be legally blind with a driver license but at least they also get a handicap sticker so they can park real close and not get lost walking into the Wal-Mart.
