Fast Intentions street legal?

I'm up in vermont and I used to have an Eclipse with Headers, HFC and an aftermarket catback exhaust and it passed inspection everytime... even a visual inspection. Definitely not

I'm up in vermont and I used to have an Eclipse with Headers, HFC and an aftermarket catback exhaust and it passed inspection everytime... even a visual inspection. Definitely not legal.

As long as you don't have any check engine lights on and your not throwing any codes you will pass. I mean, it's a brand new car... some places will pass you just by taking a look at it.
