Isn't your claim really with Synergy, not Nurse Necktat? He was acting as an employee of theirs when he tried to screw you out of money.

Claim is with Scott because I gave him the money. It went sideways when I called the number on the mani and Shawn got involved. I had no idea the working relationship Scott and Shawn had. Just wanted a resolution and than everything turned into I stole from him and owe him money. He is still using Scott@synergy which has me scratching my head..
