In all fairness I do owe him a little more for the porting of the lower core. Shawn did not charge me the Scott pricing. So if he takes out what is owed on the core for the lower mani than all I believe he needs to refund me for the lower core is a little over 80.00. He will not give me his address so I can ship my oem mani to him and he ships my original M370 back to me. The biggest issue I have with him is that he just keeps telling me I can sell my M370 using my own time to get the money back that he agreed to pay me once he received the M370 mani from me. He keeps telling me to show people to help me understand that I am wrong.

My head hurts, remind me though to never have any dealings with Scott, if I want this done in the future I'll deal directly with the source.
With all the OEM stuff being square or could be if all parties would cooperate. Scott seems to forget that sometime in the past you paid $xxx for your M370 intake, not like the car came from factory that way and was included in the purchase. I'll stick with my opinion he owes you your original M370 intake and the $430 you spent for the one he bought that somewhere was messed up. Quote:
