We have a simple exhaust test where they...you know... test what comes out of your tailpipe. To a logical person without an agenda, that should be the end-all of emissions testing. If the goal is met, who gives a rats *** what the engine/exhaust is doing to get it. Methinks Cali has other things in mind and other axes to grind with their emissions standards.
