I already have the stillen heat exchanger installed and about replace with
the frozen boost heat exchanger, is there any benefit not removing the stillen heat exchanger and cascading from one to the other? Any thoughts

That's what I did. Mainly just for ease of install. It doesn't effect the way the pump works or anything. I figured that it would have added coolant and added time away from the heat for more cooling.

1 Datalog
I have a first data analysis today:
- Installed front bumper - Outside temperature 22 ° C and sunny. I have analyzed the data of intake on OBD2 (PLX Kiwi WIFI). See the CSV file via ScanXL exported Not bad so far I will post some Pic after the tune is done Stay tuned

Fresh air concept
This week I have the fresh air process optimized
Separation of the front with a own-built part. In the left side is the STILLEN oil cooler and power steering cooler that produce a great heat. In the right side, is the fresh air intake of the STILLEN supercharger (2 K&N Filters) Additionally, I have a fresh air intake installed which flows directly to the K&N air filters Next week, follows the newly painted front Stay tuned.....

Nice work man, that piping is something I have been thinking about for my stock boxes. Keep it up
