The S/C gets you close to the max HP/ TQ I'd be comfortable with on a standard tranny (auto or manual). TT gets you in the higher HP/TQ ranges but you will probably want to upgrade the tranny as well. The SC brings on power slower w less TQ so it's not nearly as hard on the car as a TT setup is.
