It could easily be done in less than a day with a factory service manual and the Race Logic instructions if you are technically competent. I think it is great that GTM is offering this as plug-and-play, and if you think it is a good value, that is all that matters. I personally wouldn't pay $1500 for a harness, but there is definitely some appeal to doing so.
