I will appreciate if I an have some leads on it. I am just looking to have something around 400whp and I heard you cant upgrade which I know as well, it just interested to know if the project is easy to do?

If your talking about the R-34 then hell no nothing will fit, its a straight 6. If you met to say R-35 I'm going to go out on a limb here and say for one I know the manifolds won't fit. I would also assume that the turbos would also be worthless too.

assuming you meant R35; the exhaust ports look close enough to do it, but the manifold flange bolt placement is entirely different. you would have to make an adapter plate to bolt them up, and make up for any port differences in there. even then, the parts may not even fit at all anyway, the gtr engine mounts are very different. if you can get them cheap enough, let us know your findings.

Sorry guys meant R35 ofcourse and getting those for dirt cheap price.

GTM is for sure an option but my installer is excited to do this project and overall cost was coming to half of GTM so it made me thinking about it. I don't want too much custom work as then will loose majority of winter time keeping the car at the workshop lol

I think will go for prooer kit just waiting for so e update on that SC tranny brokedown updates

Cheap work is not great. Great work is not cheap.
While the initial cost may be attractive the operating/ repairs cost will have you soiling your underwear.....99% of the job is 100% incorrect.

Good on you for making the right decision to go with the pooper kit (Ha-Ha)...proper kit.

I will check for you on Monday, in terms of port location, bolt/nut accessibility, and motor mounts. With the integrated one piece exhaust manifold and turbo exhaust housing, my guess is the motor mount may be the sticking point.

And for what it's worth, and oem part of turbochargers can be had in the aftermarket for under $1500 for the pair. . They easily produce 500-550whp on the Gtr engine so 400whp would be a walk in the park.

Doing a custom build like that is insane unless you have the knowledge and resources that Sam, Shariff, and a few others have! You would be throwing good money after bad and if you go down that road I guarantee you will regret it!!! Do it right and get an engineered kit and get it professionally installed and tuned and your good to go. I would seriously consider that GTM TT kit as Sam is willing to ship it overseas. If I could afford it right now I would be on the phone right now with Sam ordering it!

They are IHI turbos and are much smaller than a GT28. They are about the size of a GT25. Rated to flow 300 lb/min worth of airflow each.
