GTR stock turbos in our Z

BTW i can guarentee that the bolt pattern is different, i checked on that. But the ports might line up with a flange adapter plate. The bolts are far enough

Anyone tried, you can find a lot of gtr parts now and could piece an OEM turbo kit for under 4000 $.

The question always interested me, now the parts are much more easy to obtain and it could make a nice almost factory 500 hp setup, more than enough and zero lag.

You can find a complete gtr setup from the throttle body to downpipes for around 4000 $, add a tune for 500 $, a fuel setup for under 1000$ (used).

the adapter plates for the heads should come for less than 200$.

the problem is space around the engine mounts, fab downpipes to fit the 370z exhaust, and tune.

Based on what was said before regarding turbo sizing, I don't think they'll be able to achieve 500rwhp on a VHR engine. Also when you add labor, parts, fabbing and misc expenses I think it would put you close or over the cost of a complete solution. GTMs stage 1 kit is 7.5k and it comes with all you need with the potential of more power with better than OEM components.

More power to whoever wants to be unique and goes forth with a setup like this, I honestly dont think it's worth the trouble.
