We shall see what Justins's car does with it. There is not much difference between 17psi of boost at 716hp to 21psi of boost at 780hp (4th gear). I choose to work on the restriction to decrease boost and increase HP if I go any further.

Yeah man we think very alike.

I did everything I could think of to try to free up the top end; cams, valves, ported vhr stack and tbs. I sure hope the results will be there - more power at less boost that is.
