SPOOLER
Was at MA-Motorsports on Friday doing a final walk about before picking up my Z later this week ...

Saw your car !!! ... AND your ~~~ 2~~~ motors ... WoW
MA-Motorsports really liked the idea of a 'Z tow' car for mobile homes and are now planning to install BOTH of your motors in a one-off twin V-6 push~pull front~back~4 wheel drive configuration to handle the work load !!!
It's going to be awesome - just don't tell them I let the cat out of the bag (it was supposed to be a surprise).

Oh, and they are almost finished patching up the bullet holes from the recent drive-by shooting. They ingeniously put an extra filler cap door on the passenger side to cover up the hole in the fender where the RPG went thru (cleanly)
It's a good job - you can hardly tell where the shrapnel holes are/were --- at night and if you are wearing dark glasses.

Only kidding you of course...
Your car is NICE
I'm excited to see another job well done, and another satisfied customer courtesy of MA-Motorsports

Yep ... ... picked up my car Wednesday ...
Brian did a photo/video shoot of the car before releasing it back to my care.

Couldn't have asked for a better day to drive it back to New Jersey.
Blue Skies with light traffic all the way home.

Managed to do a few quick pulls along the way just to re-familiarize myself with the car.
Although it had pump gas in it - It definitely pulled harder than when it was supercharged.

Stopped at the first Rest Stop in NJ and managed to do a preliminary dial in on the launch RPM's in the spacious parking lot ... barely got the clutch out and the shift light came on.

--- It's quick ---

I'm extremely happy with how it all turned out.

Saw the video on YouTube. Nice ride. Like the Motec display/logger.

Happy for you!! Saw the video. So did you notice any difference in the enginne sound from your C2 cams? I still can't make out anything, but I rode with Matt in his build with C1s and I could definitely say they chatter more than my C2s back to back.
Update on me, I took it to get the start/VVEL issue looked at and dammit if the fuel pressure wasn't 20psi. I don't know if it's a pump install related issue or what but I talked to Seb and change is coming. I got a Radium surge tank, and I'm gonna go with twin 450s and run a single Stealth 340 into that. Also I already have bigger 1.32ar turbine housing that I have to get coated. So I'm guessing I'll be passing up that 670rwhp pretty handily next time on the rollers. Also having the Wacetrac, diff bushings and subframe bushings done at the same time.

Why are you re-eventing the wheel? You could just use a CJ motorsport twin pump setup that is proven to work. WOW, didn't know you were on the stock VLSD. That thing is a nightmare for a boosted car. Make sure your pumps can deal with E85. They will die with the quickness if not.

Nothing to offer in the boost conversation, but I can certainly attest to the C2 cams making some real noise. It's nothing like a Hemi/LS big cam chop, but the car definitely sounds different at idle, especially on my E85 map. Driving is no different if you're just putt-putting around town, but about 3,500 they start to sneak in there and then by 4k, they certainly make their presence known. Could be like hearing the intake growl before putting exhaust on, though. I don't have the whistles and whooshy noises to cover the cam sound up.

Old minivan would be the way to go. Stuff a big old fuel tank in the back off it, and drive for 1000 miles before filling up again.
